Introducing Dad's On Dinner

A community for dads on the path to kitchen mastery

Hi there, I'm Mike 👋

I'm a proud new dad taking on dinner duty for a beautiful momma and handsome baby boy. Little man's not munching much more than boob for the new few months, but mom and dad still gotta eat! This newsletter aims to help other fresh and seasoned dads on their journey to kitchen mastery, while documenting what I know for my future sous chef 👨‍🍳👶

I've been on dinner duty since age 11 when I started helping my mom prepare dinners for my two little brothers after school. In college, I couldn't wait to move out of the dorms and into a place with my own kitchen - our springtime BBQs were always the best place to be on campus! Today, my wife and I love trying new recipes together, whether we're cooking for ourselves, or entertaining friends and family 🍖♨️🥩

Enjoying great food with great company is one of the great joys of life - even better when you know the secrets to saving time, money, and sanity in the kitchen. I've spent nearly 20 years learning and living those secrets. I can't wait to share them with you!
